4. Trading Risk

5. Internal Trading Environment

Some trading activities displayed on the platform may be processed through ApexEchoTrade's internal trading engine. Account balances, positions and profit or loss may therefore be managed internally by the platform rather than being executed directly through an external cryptocurrency exchange.

6. Deposits

Deposits submitted through the platform may remain pending until they have been reviewed and approved. A deposit is not considered credited to an account until the platform confirms the transaction.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be subject to review and approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, operational requirements and other applicable circumstances.

8. AI and Automated Trading

AI-assisted and automated trading features are not guaranteed to produce profits. Automated strategies can experience losses due to market movements, technical limitations, data limitations and unexpected market conditions.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use ApexEchoTrade for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, manipulation of the platform or any activity that could damage the platform or other users.

10. Account Suspension

ApexEchoTrade may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is suspected abuse, unauthorized activity, violation of these terms or other legitimate security or operational concerns.

11. Platform Availability

ApexEchoTrade aims to maintain reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, connectivity problems, technical failures or other circumstances may temporarily affect the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ApexEchoTrade shall not be responsible for losses resulting from market movements, unauthorized access caused by compromised user credentials, technical interruptions or circumstances outside the platform's reasonable control.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
